GENERAL   INFORMATION

We welcome children (from the age of 5 years), teens and adults.  
​Often families train together - and age is no barrier.

                                                                                  Karate Kids      -   aged 5 to 7 years.
                                                                                  Cadets                -   aged 8 to 11 years.
                                                                                  Juniors                -   aged 12 to 15 years.
                                                                                  Seniors               -   aged 16+ years.

CLASS TIMES 

Saturday 11:00am - 12:00am  Open class for all ages and abilities

Saturday 12:00pm - 1:00pm  Purple Belt (4th KYU) and above and Adults (ages 16+)
